The north coast of Anglesey runs almost on an west to east axis. Some parts are high, and some are low. With Cliffs, little bays, big beaches, and lots of wildlife. There are little harbors, ruins, off shore islands and tide. A good region to explore if you want to hide away from the prevailing S-SW winds! It’s also a little more remote then other areas on Anglesey. The tide runs either left to right, or right to left and trips are often run, using the tide to carry you to your destination. Make no mistake, sure we can use this area to hide from conditions, but there are plenty of rough spots with the right weather!
Prereq: We often use this coast for paddlers that are newer to the sport as it provides a bit more shelter most of the time, however, here too, it can get pretty sporty. It very much depends on what you tell us where you’re at and what the weather is doing.

Die Nord und Ost Küste von Anglesey sitzt auf einer West/Ost axis. Es gibt Hohe ecken und Niedrige ecken. Klippen, kleine Buchten weite Strände und tolle Natur. Verschlafene Orte mit kleinen Häfen, Ruinen und Felsinseln die in der Tide für Unruhe Sorgen. Ein guter streifen Küste wenn man sich vor dem hauptsächlich Süd-Süd Wester drücken will. Es fühlt sich hier alles etwas mehr wild an im Vergleich zu anderen ecken von Anglesey. Hier bietet sich an mit Ebbe oder Flut in eine Richtung, und nach Tiden kipp in die andere zu paddeln. Man muss hier oben dennoch wachsam sein, da es an einigen ecken auch sehr sportlich werden kann.
Voraussetzung: Wie schon gesagt, wir nutzen diese Küste wenn es vom Süden bläst. Aber auch hier kann schon gut die Post ab gehen. Am besten melde dich einfach und erläutere wo du stehst mit deinem paddeln, und der Rest ist vom Wetter abhängig.
